The following functions cannot be performed remotely with the Plantronics CS361N HL10 Bundle Over-the-Head Cordless Binaural Headset NC bundled with HL10 Lifter: transfer calls, switch lines, dial out, put call on hold. You can perform all of these functions while using the Plantronics CS361N HL10 Bundle Over-the-Head Cordless Binaural Headset NC bundled with HL10 Lifter but you must do so by pressing the appropriate buttons on your telephone when back at your desk.

In noisier situations, the binaural version is ideal to reduce distractions, while both monaural and binaural versions feature a noise-cancelling microphone which reduces background noise so that you can be clearly heard. The QuickPair  feature allows multiple headsets to share one base for effective multi-shift working or hot-desking. With talk time of up to 9 hours you can even take calls when you are away from your desk using the optional handset lifter.
